When you open a thread in ThreadTrak, our AI analyzes every reply in real-time. Within seconds, you'll see:
- Sentiment badges on each reply
- Topic clusters in the sidebar
- Priority scores for each conversation

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
We believe in giving you control. ThreadTrak uses a BYOK model where you provide your own OpenAI API key. This means:
- Your data stays private
- You control your costs
- No vendor lock-in
Your API key is stored locally and never sent to our servers. All AI processing happens directly between your browser and OpenAI.
