Happy New Year! We've been busy building, and January brings our biggest update yet. Here's what's new in ThreadTrak.
🤖 AI Reply Analysis (Major Feature)
The headline feature: AI-powered reply categorization and prioritization.
What it does:
- Automatically categorizes every reply (question, feedback, praise, complaint, etc.)
- Assigns priority scores based on sender importance and content
- Detects sentiment to help you handle negative feedback first
- Suggests response templates for common reply types
How to use it:
- Go to Settings → AI Features
- Enable "AI Reply Analysis"
- Choose your AI provider (local, OpenAI, or Anthropic)
- Watch your queue transform

AI Analysis runs locally by default—your data never leaves your browser. Opt into cloud AI for better accuracy if you prefer.
