What It Does
The Home Sidebar appears when you're anywhere on Twitter except specific tweet pages— your home feed, profile pages, or search results. It provides quick access to three core areas:
Recent Threads
Jump back into threads you've already analyzed
Bookmarks
Saved threads with full statistics and cached data
Users
Manage your Favorites and Muted lists
Three Tabs Overview
The Home Sidebar features three tabs that organize your ThreadTrak data. Tab selection persists across page navigations.

Recent Tab
The Recent tab shows your thread mapping history—every thread you've analyzed appears here for quick re-access.

Navigation Behavior
When you click a Recent thread card, the sidebar uses SPA navigation (no full page reload). The sidebar automatically switches to the Tree tab and loads thread data from cache if available.
Bookmarks TabPro
Access threads you've explicitly saved for later reference. Goes far beyond X's native bookmarks with full thread statistics and cached data.

Your personal CRM hub—managing who matters most (Favorites) and who to filter out (Muted).
Favorites Sub-Tab
All starred users from across threads. Search by name or handle.
Muted Sub-Tab
All flagged users filtered from Priority View.

Troubleshooting
Recent Tab is Empty
Cause:
No threads have been analyzed yet, or history was cleared
Solution:
Navigate to any tweet thread and wait for mapping to complete
Bookmarks Tab Shows Upgrade Prompt
Cause:
Bookmarks is a Pro feature
Solution:
Upgrade to Pro for full bookmark access
Users Not Appearing After Starring
Cause:
Data sync delay or storage issue
Solution:
Refresh the page; user lists are stored in chrome.storage.local
Cache Expired on Bookmark
Cause:
Bookmark wasn't pinned and cache TTL passed
Solution:
Navigate to thread to re-cache, then pin the bookmark
Search Not Finding User
Cause:
Typo in handle or name
Solution:
Try partial matches; search is case-insensitive
Thread Navigation Not Working
Cause:
Twitter SPA navigation issue
Solution:
If SPA nav fails, try full page refresh then click again
